Terms of Use
The agreement between you and SEEN Code for using the Tab app.
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and SEEN Code (“we”, “us”) governing your use of the Tab application and its features (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App or any part of it.
2. Your content and data
The App stores the content you create — business details, invoices, clients, purchase orders, images and preferences — on your device. You are solely responsible for that content and for keeping your own backups. We do not access, host, or control your content. You are responsible for ensuring the invoices and documents you produce are accurate and lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. Subscriptions (Tab Pro)
The App offers a free tier and an optional auto-renewing subscription, Tab Pro, which unlocks additional features.
- Tab Pro is offered on a monthly or annual basis. Pricing is shown in the App before purchase and may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we do not process payments or refunds directly.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, to produce fraudulent or misleading documents, or in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
5. Not professional advice
The App is a tool for creating invoices and purchase documents. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice, and it does not guarantee compliance with tax or invoicing rules in your country. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEEN Code shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated. Your licence ends automatically if you breach them; you may end it at any time by deleting the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers and limitation of liability) will survive termination.
10. Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and SEEN Code only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
