Garmo
Terms of Use
The agreement between you and SEEN Code for using the Garmo app.
Last updated: July 27, 2026
By using Garmo (“the app”), published by SEEN Code (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app
Garmo helps garment makers manage orders, production, stock, clients, and invoicing. Your data is stored on your device and, while you are signed in, is synced to Garmo's own cloud backend so your workshops follow your account across devices. Garmo does not use Apple iCloud or CloudKit for this. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is stored, where it is hosted, and how to delete it.
Your account
Garmo requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your password and your team's device PINs confidential, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Subscription
Garmo is offered as an auto-renewing subscription on a monthly or annual basis, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. There are two plans: Garmo Pro and Garmo Ultra.
- Garmo Pro is US$8.99 per month or US$79.00 per year. It includes every feature of the app for one business.
- Garmo Ultra is US$14.99 per month or US$129.00 per year. It includes everything in Garmo Pro and lets you run more than one business from the same account, each with its own orders, stock, catalog and team.
- Prices may vary by region, and the price that applies to you is shown in the app before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The free trial is free for 7 days; if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the rate shown when you signed up.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel any time in App Store → your name → Subscriptions. No refund is given for the unused portion of a period once it starts, except where required by law. Refunds are handled by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms; we do not process payments or refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Use Garmo for your own lawful business. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, prices, and records you produce with it, and for handling your clients' information lawfully.
No warranty
Garmo is provided “as is.” SEEN Code is not liable for lost data, missed orders, incorrect calculations, or business losses arising from use of the app. Keep your own records for anything critical.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Apple App Store
These terms are between you and SEEN Code only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist-supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
